How to fix the Ascent weapon/shirt skins disappearing bug. ( UPDATE)

As per recent news there is a bug . Skin disappear randomly.

Bug: Looted weapon skins disappear from Gun Smith

This heppan when Picked up at least 3 weapon skins and they don't show up in the Gun Smith > Weapon Skins. It only shows two choices: "Default" and whatever the last looted weapon skin was.

As per a Reddit post some user share their problem

One thing I've noticed is when we go back to an area with a gun smith, we can equip the weapon skin right away.

When we leave the game and come back, the weapon skins are gone from the list, but our weapons still appear to have the skins applied (my weapon was still white and black after applying the pinnacle skin). Even though we can't see them as a choice in the menu.
