yeah I also notice that, sometime the tower change target for no reason at all, I even saw a tower shot 2 time on a ranged creep, then switch to an other ranged creep (full life) that was like 5 range closer to the tower -no heroes involved-
However ,in your video, it seems that the tower started to attack magnus at the exact time broodmother rightclicked on him (which is even weirdest aggro bug than what i ever saw
Finally Dota 2 fix the tower agro bug.
Fixed a bug with tower target selection when the tower's current target is very near the limit of a tower's attack range.
