Far cry 6 crashing and blank screen issue on pc.

Recently many Far Cry 6 players are saying that the latest update is causing the game to crash. The crashes seem to be happening randomly, with some saying that the game crashes right after the splash screen while others say it happens when they are in the main menu.
And the troubles don’t seem to end. Far Cry 6 players are getting stuck on a black screen when playing the Sundown mission. The only way to play the game after being stuck is to close and restart it.
