Halo Infinite is one of the best games  and the newest Halo installment is free-to-play. The fans would be flooded into livestream to watch major events to watch the highest level of Halo Infinite Gameplay. The game developer often rewards the fans with the Twitch drops for their love for the game.

An user on support forum share how he fix this issue 

I’m having the same issue. I was able to receive the pose, but have yet to receive the armor or weapon skins. The pose shows up in my “redeemed codes”, but the others do not. All “claimed” in the Twitch Drops inventory.

Here is what I have gotten from support so far:

We have a few steps that you can try to make the items appear. Please do the following on your web browser:

Confirm that the reward is listed in your Twitch Drops inventory:

Confirm that the reward is listed as Claimed and that hovering your mouse over the check shows “Game account connected”

Go to your Waypoint redemption history and verify the items are listed:

Items should be listed as “HCS Launch Armor Coatings” and/or “HCS Launch Weapon Coatings”

If not listed on the Waypoint history, your account was not connected correctly. You can try reconnecting via Halo Waypoint account settings:

To receive Halo Infinite Twitch drops, you’ll need to link your account to Twitch. Till date the Halo Infinite Twitch drops include HCS Launch Sidekick, HCS Launch Battle Rifle, HCS Launch Assault Rifle, HCS Launch Yoroi,  HCS Launch MK VII, HCS Launch MK V. and rewards can be collected in the form of Twitch drops.

But many fans/players are reporting that Halo Infinite twitch drops are not working. They watched the streams but did not receive any Twitch drops in their account. How to fix Halo Infinite twitch drops receiving not working :

 

Fix : Unlink Waypoint

If you are not receiving Twitch drops try to Link and unlink your waypoint beforehand. Otherwise it may send the rewards to a corrupt link.

 

Fix 2: disconnect 343 Industries

It seems to be a bug with the game where rewards were basically lost into the void. To fix that Go to your Twitch settings, go to connected accounts, disconnect 343 Industries from your current Twitch account. Then go to waypoint and unlink your current Twitch account from there as well. Then make a brand new Twitch account, link the new Twitch account to your Waypoint account and then watch the stream for an hour on your new Twitch account, then claim the reward after an hour. Make sure that the new Twitch account is linked to your Waypoint before claiming the reward! A lot of people were claiming the reward before linking their Twitch accounts properly and their rewards never went.
