Many users experience "choose how you search " pop up messages while searching on google.
Here are some reports:
I am getting a very annoying popup every time I go to search on Google from my iPhone.

I’ve clicked “no thanks” dozens of times now. I do not want to download another app. How can I stop this annoying popup?

But we have some workaround for this issue.
Fix 1 - during the last iOS update it looks like it’s flicked the toggle switch back to off for always using the Desktop site on iPhone.
Fix: Go to Safari > Request Desktop Site > Toggle all Websites to on (Green showing)
Fix 2 - A temporary solution is to avoid the default Google search page until they fix it. Change or add Google bookmark:
https://www.google.com/search?q=%20
https://www.google.com/search?q=news
The %20 is a space. The other requires you to delete “news” and enter a new search string but at least no pop-up.
