Many iPhone 13,7 plus iPad users are facing issues while sending and receiving pictures on the iMessage app. The issue is when you receive Pictures on the iMessage app, the images are overlapping over the last one which looks visually unappealing for many iPhone users.

The issue started after updating the iPhone to the latest iOS 15 and suddenly the iMessage photos are overlapping. If you are also seeing this issue on your iPhone or iPad please read the below article to understand the same.

Why Photos received in the iMessage and overlapped  on iOS 15:  iPhone 13/12  Pro max/ iPad pro.

The images getting overlapped or stacked over each other is actually a new feature in iOS 15. If you receive multiple photos at the same time on iMessage, they’re automatically grouped by iMessage into a collage (2-3 photos) or a photo stack (4+ photos). You can swipe through a photo stack to view, reply, or interact with each photo individually.

Many iPhone users actually liked the new feature as they prefer to see a stack rather than see Messages blow up with several screens  of new photos and you will have to scroll through all the photos while reading the conversation.

But the new feature is not liked by many iPhone users, if you also do not like the new image stacking option in the iMessage please report the issue to Apple and hopefully Apple will address this  iOS release.
