Snapchat is one of the fastest growing social media platforms and has a large active user base. The App has an interesting feature that many users are interested to stay notified about. But recently some Apple Watch users are facing issues that Snapchat notifications are not working on Apple Watch.

The issue seems to be widespread as the Snapchat notifications don’t show up on AW series 3, series 4, Apple watch series 6/7 with latest WatchOS. The notification works normally on the iPhone 12/13 but does not work on Snapchat. How to fix Snapchat not showing on Apple Watch
Fix : Make sure Notification are turned ON
To receive Snapchat notification on Apple Watch make sure you turn ON notification settings on both iPhone and Snapchat.
On the iPhone go to Settings > notifications > snapchat, make sure you're allowing notifications for the app. You should also need to enable “Sounds".
On the snapchat app, swipe down, hit settings, hit notifications and make sure it's turned on.
On your Apple watch app go into settings > notifications > and on the bottom it will say "mirror iPhone alerts from:". All applications that you have notifications enabled for will be listed. Which means any app that supports notifications can be set to go off on the watch.
Fix : Reboot both iPhone and Apple Watch
Easy way to fix Snapchat notifications not working on Apple Watch is to reboot both iPhone and Apple Watch. The Snapchat notification setting might be bugged due to some issue and a normal reboot will fix that.
•Reboot the iPhone
•Reboot the Apple Watch
•Reboot the iPhone again
•Check the snapchat notifications are working or not.
•If that does not work try unpairing and repairing the iPhone to Apple Watch.
Fix : Turn off focus mode
Focus mode is a new type of Do not disturb setting in the iPhone. You can actually customize which notification you want to see when Focus mode is enabled. The Focus mode is reported as a complex feature for iPhone users and many times third party apps like Snapchat notification are getting messed up. If you are not seeing Snapchat notification on Apple Watch make sure you have turned off Focus mode from settings/Control center.
Fix : Reset Apple Watch
If you are still not getting Snapchat notification on your Apple Watch series 4/5/6/7 then you should now try to reset the Apple Watch. You might have to reset the apple watch and re-pair it to the iPhone. Resetting the Apple Watch seems to fix the issue related to notifications most of the time.
