A visual glitch is being reported with the purchasable Lethal Luxury Tracer skin in Call of Duty: Warzone that will block players' field of view.

Call of Duty: Warzone season 2 has been going for a few weeks now, and it remains massively popular. But there have been reports from players that the game is marred with glitches and bugs. This isn't usually a huge problem for games like Warzone which are continually worked on and updated. It can be expected that any bugs will be ironed out in short order. But it can be more frustrating when the glitch is part of a DLC pack paid for with real money.
Call of Duty: Warzone is a free-to-play model game popular among most of the biggest battle royal titles on the market. The game makes money by selling DLC packs of all types to an existing and dedicated player base. Usually, these packs include different cosmetic items or weapons that won't make a huge or unfair advantage in gameplay, but will personalize that players character or loadout.
The Lethal Luxury Tracer pack is one of these DLC packs, including in it various charms, watches and weapons. The main draw of the pack however is the Astrakhan skin for the operator Padmavati, which is an incredibly lavish outfit worthy of the DLC’s name. The skins main feature is on the operator’s back there is draped a large Astrakhan fur, which has been causing visual glitches.
Reddit user u/OM_Jesus warned other users not to buy the skin by sharing a clip of them running up a hill in the game with the fur seen repeatedly clipping through their character and obscuring their field of vision. In Warzone keeping an eye on surroundings is a player's main focus. If the thing that hinders players in doing that is something they paid real money for, it's understandable that they would feel hard done by.
U/OM_Jesus says they didn’t buy the skin with real money, instead they used points they had accumulated through playing the game. Which is better, but not by much, as the Lethal Luxury Tracer pack costs 2400 CoD points. This is around $20 worth if it was paid for with real money, and would have taken a long time to earn through gameplay. Comments of the post are full of criticism for the game's bugs with the overwhelming response seeming to be that these kinds of glitches are annoying but not at all surprising anymore.
The glitch will most likely be fixed once Call of Duty: Warzone developer Raven Software notices fans sharing the glitch online. But with many DLC packs being released and numerous glitches being found in them, it does cast doubts over the quality control the content that is being sold to players is put under before being pushed out.
Call of Duty: Warzone is available now on PC, PS4, and Xbox One.
