A quick look at micro-blogging site Twitter conveys there are many others affected by the same issue. As per reports, while some say the app keeps crashing, others say that it does not let them sign in.

Many users took to Twitter (1, 2) to report that the Doordash app is down or not working for them. Users say that the app is not allowing them to sign in and is stuck on the loading screen.

your app won’t show me my order but y’all took my money. It keeps saying “we’re very busy try again in 2 secs” but it never shows me my order. I’ve closed the app, restarted my phone, deleted the app & redownloaded. What gives?
