In a world full of streaming services, Paramount Plus is a pretty new OTT video streaming platform that gained massive popularity in the last few years.
All thanks to users having access to content from the original Paramount library in addition to CBS, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, and many more, the streaming service has more than 48 million subscribers as of 2021.
But sometimes, people do run into some technical glitches such as the recently reported volume issue causing commercials to sound way too loud and another issue where the NCIS: LA Season 12 was missing for many.
That being said, several Paramount Plus users recently complained that the app was crashing or not working for them when they were watching the NFL playoff match.
Subscribers said that the app crashed multiple times when watching the game, adding that they missed some of the most important moments in the match. Here is what some of the complainants have to say about the frequent crashes.
A bunch of users are blaming Paramount Plus for not having enough bandwidth to compensate for the server load during the game.
If the app is crashing for you as well, Paramount Plus Help has suggested some workarounds that might help fix the issue.
