Part of the Lloyds Banking Group, Bank of Scotland is a commercial bank and is based out of Scotland. It was established by the Parliament of Scotland and is the fifth oldest bank in the U.K.
In 2020, the bank generated revenue of somewhere around $16.23 billion. It also has an app that allows easy access to your account amonst several other features.
However, Bank of Scotland users are now reporting that the app and website are down or not working for them. The problem is causing inconvenience and frustration to many since people are unable to access their funds and complete transactions.
Down detector – a popular service that gives information about live outages – has hundreds of reports indicating Bank of Scotland is indeed down for many.
