Several users have been expressing their disappointment with Reddit being down on June 17, 2022. People revealed that “something went wrong” message has been appearing for them on the website and the app.
Reddit has been one of the most famous platforms that allow users to express their thoughts on a particular topic.
What makes the platform more interesting is that like-minded people can come together and discusses their ideas on a topic they find interesting. With this in mind, when the platform is down, users are left disappointed.

On June 17 several people took to Twitter to express their sadness after they were greeted with the message “something went wrong” when they tried to view a sub.
To make matters worse, some people were not able to view a post or even comment on it. With things varying for everyone, users were confused as to what had happened. Looking at the comments, it appears some users had started to notice a problem yesterday.
Now, more and more users are facing issues.
REDDIT IS TRYING TO FIX IT
Reddit is aware that some users are having problems with the platform and they have been working on it to fix it. The platform noted that there had been more than 500 errors that were noticed. This was also the cause for the platform not functioning properly.
In a couple of minutes, the platform also identified the main source of the problem and noted that recovery was being made. At the moment, there are a couple of things that have to fix before the website starts functioning properly.
However, given that the platform is aware that people have been facing issues, we are sure things would be back up soon.
SEETHIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED
A similar situation was being faced by people two days back and Reddit had been notified about the same. The social media platform had made some changes and the website was back up quickly.
With this in mind, we can be certain that users will be able to access the website soon.
