Warzone was not in a good state ever since the release of the Pacific update. The issues encountered with the game were mostly for console players, and even more so for PS4, but there is good news, yesterday’s update seems to have patched one of the most reported and widespread issues with the game for PS4 players – content package is not installed error. But, soon after the update, users have started reporting another error – the Warzone Whitelist Failure error. We are still unaware of the extent of affected users.
The likely cause of the error is the Ricochet anti-cheat that has encountered a bug and failed to whitelist the affected players with the error. With the new update, all players must have been whitelisted, but the bug has prevented some players. There is a simple fix for this, keep reading to find out.

Due to the nature of the error, a lot of players who got the error thought they were banned from the game, which may be the case for some players or during a future event, but at the time of writing there seems to be a bug that’s preventing some players from being whitelisted. To fix the Warzone Pacific Whitelist Failure error, all you need to do is reboot the game a few times. While some players may bypass the error after the first restart, others may have to try a few times.
At the time of writing this is the only fix for the error and if you happen to run into the issue even after multiple restarts; unfortunately, you will have to get in touch with Activision and hope they patch the issue for you.
